Terms

  1. Your privacy is our primary concern to us at tengatango.com, thus we maintain tight control over your personal data to prevent unauthorized use. We will never disclose your information to any organizations (third party or otherwise) to protect your identity. All data / information provided by you will be guarded and held in the strictest confidence. Your personal information will never be given or sold to any parties for use in their marketing or solicitation. All products will be shipped to the customer in the most discreet manner possible. We will use an alternative name and address for the package (“Plastic Cups”), and the address on the package will be: Toa Payoh Central Post Office, PO Box 293, Singapore 913110, SINGAPORE. This applies to our correspondences as well.
  2. While we do our best to keep within the stated delivery time, we ask for your understanding and patience in circumstances beyond our control: manufacturers’ production problems, natural disasters, strikes causing disruptions in postal services, or otherwise.
  3. Due to the nature of our products offered for sale here, we regret that all sold items are non-refundable or exchangable. By ordering products from tengatango.com you confirm that you are of legal age to purchase and have the legal right to possess these items within your own country.
  4. tengatango.com will not be responsible for any damage resulting from using our web pages or web links and information contained in them. tengatango.com will not be held responsible for any possible direct or indirect damage or undesired after-effects resulting from using purchased products. tengatango.com reserves the right to change the Terms of Service without prior notice.

Note: If your order is returned to us due to customs related issue such as banned / restricted products, or a wrong address, or because no one was there to accept delivery of your order, we will refund your credit card minus the shipping charge and a 20% restocking fee (which ever is higher). We may also subtract any other related charges we have incurred during shipping, such as warehousing fees, return postage fees, etc. In addition, you will only be credited for the returned merchandise only when the package is returned to us in the same condition it was sent.
